I’m so glad you’re here at my blog and website. To start off, just a few things that were perfect about this wedding day featured here: the couple (so sweet and so in love!), the venue, color pallet, florals, even the weather (in late June here in the south) was amazing. And lastly, the car was the icing on the cake! And now, as a photographer in Huntsville, AL and one who photographs weddings, I oftentimes get asked about things such as printing images, framing, designing albums, and also about wedding invitations. So, I wanted to share about a resource for wedding invitations that I’ve come to love.
Basic Invite is a company that creates beautiful, high quality invitations and announcements. A wedding invitation card that can be seen on their website here has become an all time favorite of mine! I want to share a few things that I have appreciate about this company. Color limitations while designing your cards are a thing of the past, as this website is one of the very few that allows for almost unlimited color options (over 180) (and with instant previews online). With each design, the customer can change the color of each element on the card. Basic Invite offers christian wedding invitations that are so, so beautiful for my clients that are Christians.
Not only are there over 180 colors to choose from for the invitations, there are over 40 different colors for envelopes to choose from! That way, customers know their envelope will match their invitation. In addition, the envelopes close securely with the peel and seal mechanism. Foil cards are a beautiful option that Basic Invite has for customers! Foil is available in the popular colors of gold, silver, and rose gold. The foil can be flat or raised on all foil designs.
Most people are aware of the fact that once a product is printed, it might look different than when viewed on a computer screen. Basic Invite gives customers the luxury of custom samples prior to their final order being placed. Customers can view the paper quality and print. This way, customers feel confident that their cards are just as they want before the final order.
One of the tiresome tasks (in my opinion) about creating invitations is addressing the envelopes. Basic Invite has created an address capturing service. How it works is customers share a link to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media in order to request addresses of friends and family. Once the address is inputed into the website, the addresses are stored in the customer’s account to be selected during the design process (at no cost).
If you are looking to print invitations or announcements, you should check out Basic Invite for sure! And currently they are offering 15% off with the coupon code 15FF51. And check out their social accounts too!
